General charter information

• Minimum booking time is 1 Hour.

• Airport to airport flights are charged per hour.

• Off airport flights are charged at a minimum daily rate.

• Minimum charge for a full day is 3 hours.

• Pilot overnight fee is R1800 / night + Vat & accommodation costs are for the client's account.

• ​​Lead time for helicopter bookings: 4 business days.

• Payment: Full payment required at least 48 hours prior to any flights.​

• ​Off-airport landings carry a clearance fee of R1800 / site / day + Vat & the client is responsible for obtaining written landowner and municipal permission.

• ​Airport tax & landing fees generally range from R550 - R850 + Vat.

• ​Helicopter speed ranges between 190 km/h - 230km/h.

• ​Passenger & luggage weight restrictions apply and weight has a direct influence on the price and size of the helicopter to be used.

• ​Helicopter range is +/- 450km depending on the load and type.

• ​​Online cost estimates are free but formal quotations carry a consultation charge. The consultation fee is refundable when confirming the flight booking.
